  Had to wait 20 minutes to get the product I wanted to purchase as it was locked in a storeroom and only one key was available to access the room. The person with the key was busy and wouldn't entrust any other employee to retrieve my item. I finally got my item and went to the check out counter. The item scanned incorrectly due to an incorrect barcode label and the cashier requested a mangers code to clear the register. When the person with the code showed up she simply looked at the cashier and quite rudely said "MOVE"! She was clearly agitated and I could only assume it had something to with carrying out the task. The cashier was professional and took it in stride but was obviously effected by the way she was treated. I was offered to purchase an additional protection plan for my item but quickly declined as all I really wanted to do was leave. There is clearly a leadership issue going on in this store that reaches past the employees and impacts the customers as well. Needless to say I'll drive to Eau Claire or order from Amazon before I ever go back there...

  They all are so helpful. I needed help having a large document made to wallet size and laminated. Dawn was the name of the attendant that helped me. She also informed me of how I could save money while doing this. I greatly appreciate this type of friendly customer service.
